Nous from Jolo (Philippine Islands) states that tho constabulary removed thirty-five bodies from the battlefield following a short-lired Moro rebellion at Sulu. , , c It has beeu discovered that sis 01 these were Mohammedan women, who apparently fought with the men defending tho stronghold, which ultimately was destroyed by fire. Princess Tarhata and her husband, Datu Tasil, both eluded capture.
