KEPT DISORDERLY HOUSE. [THE PEBSS Special Service.] AUCKLAND, February 4. For permitting his hotel to be the habitual resort of reputed prostitute during December, 1926, the former licensee of the Shamrock Hotel, Walter John Arnold, was fined £lO by Air W. tt. MoKean, S.M., in tho Police Court to-day. ~ "As he does not hold a license at the present timo, I cannot endorso it as f am empowered to do under the Licensing Act," Said the Magistrate.
