ANTI CIGARETTE LAW.
REPEAL IN KANSAS. * (H» CABLE—PRESS ABSOCIATIOH—COPYRIGHT.) (ACBTBALUK AXD K.Z. CABLE iSSOCIATIOH.) NEW YORK, February 2. A message from Topeka, Kansas, states that the anti-Cigarette law, which has in the past been rigorously enforced, will shortly be repealed. The Upper House voted its repeal by 32 votes to 5, and it has already passed the Lower House. It now only awaits the Governor's signature, which in this instance is a mere formality.
