S.M., when giving judgment for th" plaintiff in the cum of S. Evans v. E. V. Shramka, iu a claim for possession and rent. Shramka applied for the fixing of the standard rent, and secured oil that ground a reduction in the claim made against him from £34 lis od, to £2B Is. He was ordered to vacate tho premises within one,week, the Magistrate remarking that the time would have been shorter had there not been young children to consider.
