It is a well-known fact that good British films are eagerly • sought after by the New Zealand picture exhibitors. The British Film Service, Ltd., is the only film renting concern in Australia and New Zealand handling exclusively British Empire productions, and the British producers have made this company a wonderful proposition which will make the company dividend bearing from the very outset. The shares are offered at 5s per share on application, 5s on allotment, and the balance in calls of 2s 6d per share at intervals of not less than one month. The nominal capital of the company is £30,000 divided into 30,000 shares of £1 each. The company will control its own service in each State in Australia, in Tasmania, and in New Zealand.
