MEDICAL CORPS.
ANNUAL CAMP BEGINS. Under Major ¥. J. Borne, some 130 members of the New Zealand Medical Corps encamped on the Addington Trotting Grounds on Saturday. An advance guard had done good work and all the tents were up, and all preparations made by the time the main' body moved in. Every day spent in camp will be devoted to medical lectures, first aid classes, and a little drill. There will 'be "speciality drill for # some of the I branches. Besides Major Borrie, there arc six other officers in' camp, most 'of whom are medical practitioners. Next Friduv will be devoted to a field dav The company will march from their camp across lo the foothills, where a'mock battle will be held. During < this battle there will be numerous casualties upon whom the remainder of the company will practice bandaging aud first aid. , , . , . , . The camp will lust for eight day,.
