Mr King said: "I doubt whether Canada, owing to the Government'? unprecedented predicament, can be represented at the Conference." He ascribe* the difficulties as the constitutional necessity for Ministers seeking re-elec-tion after appointment, and the fact that Parliament dissolved without voting supplies, lie suggests a postponement for a few weeks.
