j LIBERALS IN CANADA, 1 CONSERVATIVE LEADER MAY RESIGN. (BV CABLE—FKEB3 ASSOCIATION—COPYKIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AKD X.Z. CABLE ASSOCLATIOH.) (Received September 20th, 8.25 p.m.) OTTAWA, September 20. The change in the Canadian Government will be made this week, when Mr Moighen's Cabinet meets for its final session before resigning as a result of last week's vote, and later in the week Mr Mackenzie King will be called upon to form a Government. It is suggested in some quarters that Mr Moighen will resign the leadership of the Conservatives, but he has made no such statement. Possibly, after a conference with his Ministers he may state what his own future actions will be. If Mr Meighen retains the leadership, a seat will be found for him before the opening of Parliament, which, it is predicted, will meet about the middle of November.
