NAPIER, September 20.
Hori Ngatoro, on a manslaughter charge, was remanded to Waipawa on September 2Sth. Alon John Gurr was fined £lO, and his license suspended till six mouths after March 31st nest, for driving a motor-car at a speed dangerous to the public. William John Holly man, for being drunk while in charge of a car, was sentenced to fourteen days,' harci labour.
