RICCARTON AFFAIRS.

MEETING OF COLNCIL, Affairs of interest to Kkcarton ratepayers were dealt with at last night's meeting of the Riccarton Borough Council. Present: The Mayor (Mr 11. S. S. Kyle, M.P.), Crs. H. \V. YvTse, H. Uudsell. T. M. Ford, R. H. Rankin, H. Manhire, J. F. Peters, A. F. Fisher, and A. E. Steere.
