ELLESMERE LANDS DRAINAGE BOARD.

At the last meeting of the Ellemere Lands Drainage Board, there were present: Messrs It. M. Morten, H, J, Macartney, P. Millar, F. Hubbard, J. Sharp, and H. Pickering. It was decided that no responsibility could be accepted in the matter. _ The Elthi'm Drainage Board advised that a conference of Drainage Board delegates vould be held at Wellington on July 13th, tho chairman and clerk were appointed, to attend.
