SYDNEY FOGS.

UNPRECEDENTED EXPERIENCE. (BY CAfeLE—PRE6B ASSOCIATION— COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.2 CABLE ASSOCIATION.) SYDNEY, June 22. Weather conditions prevailing in Sydney this winter have boon un x ocedented. Since Tuesday last there has been a fog every morning, several of the* of extraordinary density. In formor winters two, or even three, fogs have occurred on successive days, but the weather bureau rocords, dating back to 1859, do not show a condition similar to that at present existing. The ferry traffic on the harbour has been badly disorganised. Some boats have been held up for hours. Thousands of people arrive late for work daily. The railway services also have been seriously interrupted. There have been several minor mishaps and collisions, but fortunately nobody has been injured,
