Latest reports from Paris state that M. Poincare is willing to participate in M. Briand's Ministry, but is unwilling to undertake the Finance portfolio, which, it is reported, has been offered to M. Doumer. M. Briand announces that M. Poincare has agreed to enter his new Cabinet.
