TO FIGHT DAIRY CONTROL BOARD. (rBESS A.SSOCIATTOH TEMSORAM.) WELLINGTON, June 19. The Waitaki Dairy Company, Ltd., a proprietary company with its registered office in Dunedin. in order to test the right of the New Zealand Dairy Producers' Export Control Board to control the export of dairy produce, has issued a writ against the defendant Board claiming an injunction restraining the Board from assuming oi purporting to assume control on or after September Ist of the plaintiff company's dairy produce manufactured for export from milk or cream purchased outright from the producers thereof restraining the Board from disposing of the said pro duce, and restraining the Board from making any arrangements for such disposal The plaintiff company also claims a declaration that the plaintiff may. on or after September Ist, provided an injunction is granted, export such produce from New Zealand, may dispose of' it or may make contracts for its carriage by sea free from the control of the defendant Board or its servants.
