All the wonders of the boiling springs, the hidden pleasures of. tho fiords and mirror-liko lakes, tho majesty of the snow-capped mountains , and rugged hills, • and the famous •swordfishing ' grounds, are flushed before the eye;' and ono' can : seo mora of one's own country in an hour than in a month of travel. The picture was made by tho New Zealand Government Publicity Department, and over' two years was spent in travelling from place to place with the camera.
