STATION HAND MISSING.
(fress assocutioh telegram.) INVERCARGILL, May 3. The Invercargill police have received word that Robert Shand, single, aged 43 vears, employed on the Argyle station, Waikaia, has been missing since Saturday, when he left the homestead to brine in cows. It is thought that he mav"have fallen into the river and been drowned.. His horse returned without him.
