Lady Houatoii, widow of Sir Robert Houston, has been declared mentally and physically incapable of taking care of herself or her fortune, the Court appointing a ourator. It is believed her husband left her two-thirds of his estate, with an immediate payment of £200,000 and a palatial yacht.
