Mrs Violet Spencer was planted a provisional order of 30s weekly against Leonard Spencer, residing at Wellington. She gave evidence that her husband posted a photograph of a girl whom he said he loved, adding that as Mrs Spencer was young and pretty she could easily find a more suitable maj;e. Nevertheless she was willing to go and live with him. The Judge pointed out that tho case would have to be reheard in New Zealand.
