Shirley Mason, as tlio loveable little rogue "Clurleytop," rises to dramatic heights in tiiis film, which is the headliner on tho current bill at tho Strand Theatre. The stcrv has kocn adapted to the screen from *one of the tales iu tho famous "Liraehousc Nights," by Thomas Burke. "Curleytop" ,is a mysterious waif of the London vrharf district, who incurs the enmity of a girl known as Bessie, in the love of Bill Branigan, a venturesome character iu the underworld. Thrilling ranch scenes abound in the second picture. "Tho Outlaw's Daughter." }t tells how Flora, the daughter of an' outlaw leader, swears vengeanco on the man she believes killed her father.' A comedy, a nows film, and the third episode of "The. Scarlet Streak" are the supports.
