MAGISTERIAL. SATURDAY. , (Before Mr H. Y. Widdowson, S.M.) REMANDED. William Cashion was charged with being drunk while in charge of a horse and cart. Ac<wsed, who is at present in tTie Christchurch.Hospital as the result of an accident, wps remanded until May Bth. WILFUL DAMAGE. Two boys, aged 10 and 12 Srespectively, were charged with Vilfully damaging a window and a magneto of a motor-car, to the extent o£ £3 ss. ;The .Magistrate admonished both boys, and placed them both under the control of the Child Welfare Officer for twelve months. Ho also suggested that each boy should receive a thrashing, but he left that- to the discretion of the Officer.
