JOHNS (Newfoundland), April 29. {■Sir Richard Squires, a former Premier of Newfoundland, was found guilty to-day on a charge of breach of the [War, Tax Act in failing to submit in-come-tax returns in 1018. He was fined thrco dollars. Sir Richard has already been fined 4000 dollars on similar charges and trials are to follow on sis charges covering the years 1919 to 1924. '
