RUMOURS OP LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. (PBKSS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) . WELLINGTON, April 27. The "New Zealand Times" states that a number of co-operative dairy companies, as well as a number of proprietary concerns, have taken the opinion of King's Counsel in Welling' ton as to the legal position concerning the enforcement of compulsory control of all dairy produce. The opinion is said to be that the Act is unenforceable. The whole question will probably be submitted to the Full Court, which will be asked for an opinion. Ft is also stated that probably the Full Court will be applied to for an injunction restraining the Dairy Control Board from enforcing the absolute control clauses of the Act.
