Line steamer Port Hacking, which' arrived at Auckland on Wednesday from Brisbane, has 2000 tons of basic slag to discharge. Niagara, from Vancouver, arrived at Sura at 2.30 > a.m.- on Friday, and left at noon for Auckland, where she arrived yesterday morning. She will leave at 8 p.m. to-day for Sydney. The B.M.S. Niagara left' San Francisco at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, and is due at Papeete on May Ist, Barotonga on May 4th, and at Wellington on May 10th. Sh6 should leave for Sydney on "May 11th. The' B.M.S.- Tahiti left Sydney at 4 p.m. on Thursday, and arrived at Wellington yesterday morning. She will leave at 3 p.m. to-day for .San Francisco, via ports. TRANS-PACIFIC STEAMERS. The Wairuna left Vancouver on April 14th for' Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne, and Sydney. She 'is due at Auckland about May 10th. The Waiotapu is loading at Pacific Coast ports, and will leave San Francisco about May sth for Auckland,, Wellington, Melbourne, and .Sydney. The Waitemata left Wellington on April 10th for Vancouver, where she is due about May 6th. The Hauraki will leave Sydney about the end of the month for Vancouver and San Francisco to load for Auckland, Wellington. Melbourne, Adelaide, and Sydney. The Waihemo left Wellington on Friday for Lyttelton, New Plymouth, and Dunedin to complete discharge of Pacific Coast cargo. The Union Steam Ship.Company's steamer Waipahi, which arrived jp Timaru on Saturday evening with a consignment of Island fruit, ex the Tofua, for discharge, sailed yesterday afternoon for Dunedin. The Kaitoke continues to discharge her consignment of general Australian cargo at No. 2 wharf. She is expected to proceed to Oamaru this evening to continue her discharge. The Cumberland, which arrived in- Timaru from Bluff on Friday morning, is expected to complete loading operations ot wool, frozen meat, and general cargo for the United Kingdom, and to sail at daybreak to-day for Wellington. Messrs D. C. Turnbull and Co. advise that the. Calm is due to berth in Timaru from Oamaru this morning to discharge and load general cargo. She should sail in the evening for Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. The Kurow should arrive from the south to load general cargo for Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland to-day. Messrs J. M. McMeokin and Co. expect the Holmdale to reach Timaru from southern ports this morning. She is set down to sail the evening with general cargo for discharge at Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. It is expected that the Breeze will arrive in Timaru from Wellington to-morrow morning to discharge general North Island cargo. She should sail in the evening for the south, and should return early nejt week to load general cargo for northern ports. The Karetu, which is set down to arrive from Oamaru to-morrow, will load a consignment of general cargo, and will then proceed to Bluff. The Kahika is also scheduled to berth in Timaru from southern ports to-morrow on completion of loading operations. She will proceed to Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier, and G'sborne. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS.
