A Russo-German treaty lias been signed by Dr. Stresemann and the Russian Ambassador, M. Krestinski, the t.nxt of which will be published during the ensuing week. [it was previously reported that Russia and Germany were negotiating a treaty, British authoritative circles v.ot being surprised at the news. It was understood that assurances had been received in London and other European capitals that any such treaty contemplated would not contain anything incompatible with the covenant of the League of Nations of the Locarno amendments. 1-
