Giving evidence before the Federal Electoral Commission, a witness wlo acted as publicity agent in various elections, both for the Nationalist ai'd Labour Parties, alleged that wholnsale dummying was committed in the East Sydney electorate at the last Federal and State elections. A system had been organised for years, mostly on behalf of the Labour Party. The witness doclared that when working for Labour he was a party *o this impersonation, but bad to be blind to it; otherwise he would have lost his job.
