TO THE TBITO* OT "iHB FBES3." Sir, —Referring to Mr Burgin's letter in your issue of to-day, as Mr Gardner is away from town for about two weeks ho will be unable to reply. In the meantime I should like to say that it is little use trying to deal with this matter in a piecemeal way. I have already offered to meet the Agricultural and Pastoral Association, when I shall deal very fully with the question, and I hope Press representatives will be present.
