Billy Grime defeated Tom McAuliffe by a knock-out in the third round. SCOTT IN ENGLAND. (FBOM OUR OWN COE3EBPONDEKT.) LONDON, March 12. Ted Scott, the New Zealand light-weight champion, who is matched with the Dutchman, Van Dyk, in the principal contest at Premier-, land, has reached London. Scott arrived in Paris from New Zealand about a month ago, and having attracted the notice of M. Leon See, that well-known French promote? and manager gave him a searching trial, and being satisfied sent him to his own private training establishment. It can be taken for granted, therefore (says "The Sporting Life"), that he wilt be fit for his task .with Van Dyk. This he will need to be, for the Dutchman is a rare little battler, and if Scott can beat him ho will have done everything needed to justify the strong recommendation of his sponsor.
