CANADIAN MOTORS. N.Z. A BIG BUYBR. (St CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.) (beuteb's telegrams.) OTTAWA, April 22. Australia was Canada's beat market folr both passenger automobiles and trucks in 1605, according to a statement issued by the Dominion Bureau of Statistics. New Zealand was next, followed by British India, Dutch Bast Indies. Straits Settlements, British South Africa, United Kingdom, Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay in the order named. Eleven factories in the Dominion last year established a production record, turning out 124,408 passenger cars, 22,144 tracks, and 15,368 chassis. The total increase was 32 per cent, on 1924. The Extension of British preference and the inactive domestic market are given as the reason fbr the highest export shipments on record.
