Federal Judge Debolt has denied the motion of the Union Steam Ship Company of New Zealand, owners of the motor ship Aorangi, to dismiss a suit for 26,000 dollars for alleged damages instituted by "William and Mary Dooby, British vaudeville performers, who complained of treatment aboard the Aorangi last year. The Court gave the defendants ten days to answer or plead. Dooby alleges that he and his wife were insulted by the officers of the Aorangi.
