The death is announced of Mr William Mummery, principal machinist on the staff of the "New Zealand Times." Mr Mummery, who was 62 years of age, was born in Christchurch, and his first position on a newspaper staff was with "The Press." After service with the Melbourne "Age" and the "Eveninj Post," Wellington, he joined the "New Zealand Times," with which paper he was associated for twenty years.
