Representation on. the Springs-Elles-mere Electric Power Board has been apportioned as follows: Ellesmere County, Leeston Town District, Southbridge Town District, and Sclwyn County (part), two members; Springs County, one member; Paparua County, two members. Ellesmere County is declared to be the principal local authority.of the combined district in which that constituent district is situated. May 12th next is fixed as the dato for the first election of the representatives of the combined district of Ellesmere County, South- > bridge Town District, Leeston- Town ;'District, and portion of Selwyn County.
