Respecting the death of Mrs Lillie Wall (26), of 28 Medley road, Greet, evidence wub given that this took place at Sally Oak Hospital, from tetanus. On February 10th, Mrs Wall wrj doing some washing in tno kitchen when she complained of pain in her foot. Taking off her boot, she found a small puncture on the sole of her foot, and a slater's nail which had evidently fallen from a shelf into the boot. Two days later she was taken to hospital, where anti-tetanus serum was injected, but in vain. A verdict of "Accidental death" was returned.
