♦ ALLIES' TERMS REFUSED BY RIFFIS. (BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COETRtOHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND R.Z. CABLT ASSOCIATION.) (Received April 20th, 5.6 p.m.) LONDON, April 20. The Paris correspondent of the "Daily Express" says that the preliminary Peace Conference with the Rifißs has missed fire. The Riffi delegates refused obstinately to agree to the severe preliminary armistice conditions proposed by France and Spain, namely, the FrancoSpanish advance of four miles and the exile of Abdel Krim. The Riffis have returned to the mountains after giving a vague promise to come out again in three days.
