BURNED TO DEATH.
MAN SLEEPING IN MOTOR GARAGE. ! M about 2.25 a.m. yesterday tie. motor shed at 9 Stafford street, Riooar ton, was found to be on fire. Although the Brigade did all in its power, it was unable to oope with the fire. The charred body of Arthur Oolhngton Campion, aged 41, was afterwards removed from the shed. Deceased had recently taken up his residence there, instead of at his mother's house, OB whose property the shed was located. His father had recently died, and Campion had been very much depressed. Deceased was Buffering from a breakdown, and had recently come out of the Hospital. A oar, valued at £l6O, was also destroyed. The shed was insured for £IOO. An inquest into the circumstances of the death of Arthur pollinson Campion was held at the Chnstchuroh Hospital yesterday afternoon before Mr EL A. Young, Coroner. Evidence was given by deceased's brother, Charles A. Campion, who identified the body, and by the police. The Coroner returned a verdict that the deceased died from burns received though a garage being burned down, there being nothing to show how the fire originated. .
