N.Z. ASSOCIATION. MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The Management Committee of the |Cew Zealand Hockey Association met -last evening. Present—Messrs H. S. J, Goodman (chairman), H. Throp,' G. Ellyett, C. Bellamy, I. Gunn, H. .Rogers, A. Preston, 11. Gracie, and' W. H. Down. Mr H. S. J. Goodman was appointed chairman for the ensuing year. The Poverty Bay Association telegraphed that they could only accept a match upon the terms offered by them, which were not acceptable to the New Zealand Association. The secretary reported having communicated with the Taranaii Association, who offered to. convey the Indian team from Marton to Eltham. The Taranaki Association's offer was accepted, and the secretary ■was instructed to advise Poverty Bay of the transference of the match. The Indian Army Authorities cabled that the team was leaving Colombo on May 18th, and would consist of four British officers, one Indian Army offioer, and 13 Natives. The following itinerary was approved:— Tuesday, May 11th—Anive at Auckland. Thursday, May 18th—v. Waipa Sub-Asso-ciation, at Te> Awamutu. Saturday, May 15th—v. Waikato, at Hamilton. Tuesday, May 18th—v. South Auckland Sub-Associations, at Rotorua. Thursday, May 20th—v. Taranaki, at Eltham. May 22nd—v. Hawke's Bay, at Napier. Wcdnerday, May 26th—v". Dannevirke, at Dannevirke. Saturday, May 29th—v. Wanganui, »t Wangasui. Thursday, June 3rd—v. Wellington, at Wellington. Saturday, June 6th—v. Nelson, at Nelson. Wednesday, June 9th.—v. Buller, at Westport. Saturday, Juno 12th—v. Canterbury, at Christcburch. Thursday, June 17th—v. Geraldine, at Geraldine. Saturday, June 19th—v. Otago, at Dunedin. Saturday, June 26tn—Play First Test Match, at Christcburch. Wednesday, June 30th—v. Manawatu, at Palmereton North. Saturday, July 3—v. Auckland, at Auckland. Thursday, July Bth—v. North Auckland Sub-Associations, at Whangarei. Saturday, July 30th—Play Second Test ATatch, at Auckland. Wednesday, July 14th—v. Franklin, at Wainku. Friday, July 16th—Sail from Auckland, per Ulimaroa, for Sydney. On the motion of Mr Bellamy, it was agreed that all referee* for provincial matches be appointed as follows:—One by the local Association and one by the NeT» Zealand Hockey Association, and to ask all Associations to submit the names of referees for local matches and also names of referees able to travel, and stating foT which matches they are available. In reference to the appointment of the referees for the Test matches, it was decided that the New Zealand Hockey Association appoint one referee and that the appointment- of the second referee be left to the visiting team. The following selectors for ihe New Zealand team were appointed:—Me«rs S. G. Holland (Chrisfehurch'l, N. R. Jacobsen (Wellington), and L. C. Kent (Auckland), and Mr Holland was appointed convener. The secretary was instructed to advise all Associations that nominations for players in tho Fir=t Test Match must be forwarded by May 29th. Mr W. H. Down was appointed manaper and New Zealand representative for the North Island portion of the tour, and tbe appointment of a representative for the South Island portion of the tour was held over. CANTERBURY ASSOCIATION. SATURDAY'S MATCHES. The following is the draw for the second round of matches on Saturday next:— Senior Grade—St. Albans v. Selwyn, at Hagley Park No. 6, Messrs H.
