Tho Supremo Court on Monday refusal to entertain the attempted legal challenge to the United States' participation in the World Court. [Mr Benjamin Catchings, a Washiagtou lawyer, tiled a petition in the United States Supreme Court, requesting that it restrain Mr Frank Kellogg, Secretary for State, from carrying out steps to complete American adherence to the World Court, because the protocol would create a tribunal higher than the Bupreme Court itself, and would delegate sovereign powers from the United States Government to the World Court, thereby violating tfc» American Constitution.]
