ALBION FOOTBALL CLUB.
The annual meeting of the Albion Football Club was held in the club rooms laßt night, Mr R. W. Britton presiding over an attendance of about 100 members. The annual report and balance-sheet were read and adopted, the last-named showing a credit balance of- £l2 16a 3d. and assets totalling £'295 lis 3d. A motion of sympathy was passed with Mr R. R. Masters in his recent illness, and the wish expressed for his speedy tecovery. The election of officers resulted as follows:—Patron, Mr S. F. Wilson; president, Mr R. W. Britton; vice-presidents, those of la«t year re-elected, with the addition of Messrs Sheridan, # St.J. J. Dunn, and C. Thomson; club captain, Mr W..J. Chapman; secretary, Mr W. J. Whitham; assistant secretary, Mr M. D. Grant; treasurer, Mr A. C. Lilburne; custodian, Mr J. Beattie; auditors, Messrs W. J. Whitham and H. Fisher; delegates to Canterbury Rugby Union, Messrs R. W. Britton, W. J. Whitham, St.J. J. Dunn, and -G- DGray; delegate to Sports Protection League, Mr A 'C. Lilburne; committee, Messrs T. Sincock, T. Winter, C. Cassin, T. Nelson, J O'Connor, J. Burke, E. Owles, and J. Middlcton. .
