At aii inquest touching the death of George Henry Lawry, labourer, who was killed on the night of February 6th as the result of a motor-oar belonging to Archibald Ernest Joseph Johnson, taxi proprietor, colliding with an electric light pole, the Coroner returned an open verdict. The car was driven at the time of the fatality by George Paris, newspaper runner.
