VISIT TO AUSTRALIA. (BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBtOBT.) (AUSTOAMAir AND N.2. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) MELBOURNE, March 6. A meeting will be held shortly of the Empire Parlin entary Association, to consider arrangements for the tour of visiting Parliamentarians, in September. Great Britain will have 16 delegates, Canada eight, South Africa eight, Now Zealand four, and Newfoundland two. Tho British delegation will travel by way of Canada, arriving in Sydney on September 18th. The tour will commence in Brisbane, and the intention is that a week be spent in each of the State capitals. The delegatos will be the guests of the Commonwealth Parliament, which will bear the expenses of the tour.
