CITY SANITATION.
TO THE EDITOR OF "THE PRESS." Sir,—'What) are our so-called Health and City Council inspectors doing with regard to the fly nuisance? -X-do not think they aro doing much. Let them pay a few surprise visit to the outlying butchers' and fish shops, where the owners do not live, and they will soon have their eyes opened. Insisting on these places baring fly-proof shops is not enough, if they allow the back parts of these places to accumulate rubbish, and so encourage the pests and smells to breed. Hoping tho above-mentioned gentlemen will wake up and do something about this matter.—Yours, etc., A RATEPAYER. P.S.—You should smell the City Council fish rubbish collecting waggon,
