WANGANUI. December 21. •Tlie annual cricket match between)' Wanganui Collegiate School and Wellington College was commenced to-day in fine weather. The wickets wWgood but the outfield dead. Wellington made 119 (Osbom not out 52). Barton took four wickets for 24, Mason three f0r,27. Wanganui scored 204 (Lathan 62, Hocking 34, Giesen 38. Mason 33). Bowling-for Wellington. Pickering took four wickets for 36, D. Dustin four for 51. When stumps were drawn, Wellington had one wicket down for 18.
