It is semi-officially stated that negotiations between Anglo-Gorman delegations, on questions arising out of the Anglo-German trado agreement, havo provisionally broken off, owing to differences of opinion in regard to the interpretation of various points of tho Protocol, although an understanding has been reached in regard to the application of the respective Customs tariffs.
