(FBBSS ASSOOiTIOIT TELTCBAJI.) HAMILTON November 27. For failing to notify cases of puerperal septicaemia, Douglas Marton, a medical practitioner, of Ngaruawahia, was fined £lO, and costs £3 10s. He had previously been fined for a similar offence. '
