Sixty years did Britain owo A' devoir deep to her Northern grace, And now she goes where all must go. \ The Borean lights her cradle lit; The Austral lights leaped ont to greet Th,e distant glory 4 of her prime.— There was a crowning yet more meet. She was a queen of gentleness, Of pities all, from dawn to gloam. Her children, crowned and crownless, drew from her their Northern lore of home. Dear daughter of tho Vikings old. Sleep welll The-Cross that was your star Has called your queenship unto peace, And set you where the angels are.
