Yet it allows a large structure, which has eo much decayed as to be beyond reasonable repair, U> .stand obstructing all kinds oi traffic. There are plenty of places where it could be placed, and the spot leit quite open or niad.j beautiful, sur-h as the triangle in front of the D.1.C., which, when finished, would he a beauty soot to which citizens and visitors to our City would stand and admire, which afc present they pass by and think nothing of.—Yours, etc., PROGRESSIVE.
