(Received November 2oth, 8.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, November 24The English team to participate in the winter season polo tournament is announced as fallows: Lord Cromwell, Marquis of Waterford, LieutenantColonel T. P. Melbourne, Major H. E. Lyons, Captain R. R. Smart. The team will play in the series tournaments, the first to take place at Miama Beach, Florida, on February 15th. Several trophies will be competed for. This is the first time in the history of the sport that an English team has competed in the winter tournaments.
