Leath'am appealing against the Centre's disqualification which had been imposed as a result of alleged , breaches'in connexion with the recent Timaru-Christchurch road raco. Jfr 3. M. Co/fey, who supported the appeal; said Leatbara had not received notification of the Centre's intended action until after he had been suspended. He moved that the suspension be lifted. .
