Rakovsky as Soviet Ambassador to France. M. Krassin will be Ambassador in London. M. Rakovsky has been Soviet Ambassador to London since 1923. 31. Krassin, who can claim Io bo an old revolutionist, Lis association with the Bolshevik Party antedating the unsuccessful 1905 revolution, deserves most of the credit for the gradual resumption of commercial relations with most of the European countries.
