Notable among the many features it presents aro a 7-bearing crankshaft, force feed lubrication to all main bearings, connecting rod bearings and camshaft bearings, 4-wheol brakes, full balloon tyres, richly distinctive body lines, and superb workmanship in every detail. Eagerly Awaited The introduction of the Ajax has been eagerly awaited by the automobile industry, as well as many thousands of automobile buyers who have followed the unusual manufacturing record cf G. W. Nash. This new car is regarded as the crowning achievement of his career. It is built by the Ajax Motors Company, subsidiary to Nash Motors, and those who have had an opportunity to see it and drive it state that it is a contribution to the motor-car industry of vital importance. The great Ajax plant at Bacine, Wisconsin, U.S.A., was completely remodelled and equipped out with tho very nowest precision machine equipment and tools known to the motor-car world, in order that the new car should have every production advantage. The Ajax Six will bo available in two body styles—a five-passenger 4-door sedan and r five-passenger touring model. Though not as large as the Naiih product, it has an over-all length of 153 i inches. Beautiful Body Styles Both tho touring car and sedan bodies are of beautifully modelled design. Their attractiveness is further enhanced by the use of a double bead at the belt line. Thoy are mounted on a iow-hung frame, thus assuring road steadiness at all speeds. The seating arrangements in both cars provides the occupants with unusual room- and comfort. The compactness of the motor construction, due to the use of tho 7-bearing crankshaft, made it possible to provide this moderate-size car with more than usual body room. Tho body construction of both touring car and sedan is extremely strong and of splendid workmanship. Both bodies are finished in a deep grey-green Dueo, with black belt mouldings, black baked enamel fenders, and deep grey-green Duco wheels. The sedan top is also in black. The touring car seats are upholstered in genuine leather, toned to match the body colour, and tho sedan seat cushions and backs are upholstered in mohair of an attractive green shade, patterned with black stripes. The upholstery in both cars is deep -and comfortable. Complete Equipment The equipment cf the Ajax Six is ia keep* ing with tha high standard of quality watch prevails throughout. It includes automatic wind-shield wiper, rear view mirror, cowl ventilator, transmission lock, cowl parkins lights, and headlights with dimmers.
