STRENGTH IN ITALY,

ROME, September 13. Signor Farinacci, general" secretary oc the Fascist Party, celebrated the anniversary of the murder of the Fascist Deputy, Signor Casalini, by writing to Signor Mussolini, giving a glowing account of the strength of Fascism. ' •
In addition to the political forces, numbering 900,000, he says thai the movement comprises 317 national trade unions, with a membership of 1,800,000, the flourishing seamen's union with 6370 members, municipal bodies numbering 68 provincial administrations, and the railwaymen's union, with- a membership of* 80,000.
Signor Mussolini, replying, says that the foundations of a Fascist State, already laid in Italy, were being restored.
